We work as a destination management company for agents, advisors, tour operators and organisations who need East Africa handled properly — by people who live there.
Safarini Encounters designs and operates on the ground in Kenya and Tanzania. That means route design, camp and lodge contracting, internal flights and logistics, guiding, permits and conservancy access, and a named person reachable while your clients are travelling. Your relationship with your client stays yours.
What we handle
Itinerary design and costing, accommodation contracting, charter and scheduled internal flights, vehicles and guiding, conservancy and park access, permits, and on-the-ground management for the duration of the journey.
Where we add most
Northern Kenya, the community conservancies, walking and camel expeditions, and anything that needs genuine access rather than a booking. If a request is better served by another operator, we will say so.
Working with us
Commission terms, lead registration and a partner programme are in place for agents and advisors who work with us regularly. Terms are agreed partner by partner — ask us for the partner pack and we will send it across.
