A Safarini journey
Northern Kenya Conservation Highlights
The conservancy model at close quarters — rhino, elephant research and the community conservation work that decides whether any of it survives.
Northern Kenya runs one of the most interesting conservation experiments anywhere: community-owned conservancies, on land people also live and graze on. This journey goes behind it — time with the researchers, the rangers and the community members running the organisations, alongside the wildlife the whole thing exists to protect.
